Refund policy

Returns of defective items are accepted within 30 days of receipt. If the item is defective, you will be offered a refund or a replacement. For assistance, please contact us at support@meowfia.company.

You may request a return of the unwanted item for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us on support@meowfia.company and we will provide you with the instructions.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
